Written by APSEM is looking for an experienced Facilitator to support its Educational Leadership & Management (Foundation Program), an online capacity-building program for emerging post-secondary education institutions and programs in Myanmar and border regions.
The facilitator will share practical experience and knowledge in institutional leadership, higher education administration, strategy development, organizational systems, and quality management, while helping participants strengthen their institutional foundations.
💻 Delivery: Online
🗓️ Duration: 6–12 weeks
⏰ Schedule: 2–3 sessions per week, 2–3 hours per session, during standard working hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
The role is particularly suited to professionals with practical experience in higher education leadership and institutional management who are interested in supporting emerging education initiatives.
