EU Funded Traineeship at the EU Delegation to Myanmar

Are you a young Myanmar graduate interested in international relations, diplomacy, development, and public affairs?

The European Union Delegation to Myanmar is offering a funded traineeship of up to six months within its Political, Press and Information (PPI) Section, with a tentative start in November 2026.

The role offers practical experience in political analysis, public diplomacy, communications, outreach, and engagement with international and local partners.

Key requirements:

• Myanmar citizenship
• University degree in international relations, political science, development, economics, law, or a related field
• Excellent English and Burmese
• Less than one year of professional experience after graduation
• Interest in EU–Myanmar relations and working in a multicultural environment

Funding: Selected trainees receive a monthly grant to cover living expenses. Travel, visa, insurance, and accommodation costs are the trainee’s responsibility.
